This is a game of skill. Winners will be determined by the objective criteria set forth below based on their ability to
use their skill and knowledge of pro football to
accumulate the most points in Clickoff Playoff.
No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant.
You must enter under a valid e-mail address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
You must be 18 years old or older
at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or ineligible entries.
You may not change your entry once it has been submitted.
The contestant with the highest number of points will be the winner if other eligibility requirements are met.
In the event of a tie, the winner will be the player who correctly predicts the
winner and comes closest to the total points scored in the Super Bowl
from among all contestants with the highest score.
If there still is a tie, the winner will be chosen by random drawing from
among all contestants who were tied after the first tie-breaker.
Any challenges/questions regarding a player's score must be received within 24 hours of the posting of results.
If a game is postponed, canceled or suspended for any reason, that game shall count as a loss for all contestants.
Failure to select a winner for a game will count as a loss for that game.
Winner will be notified by e-mail.
Prizes must be claimed by e-mail or letter within seven (7) days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected.
All results posted on the Clickoff Playoff website are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Return on any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.
No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted and prize cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.
Entry into the contest constitutes the winner's permission to use their name and likeness for promotional, advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
Clickoff Playoff is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All decisions of the judges are final.
