Official rules -- read carefully!
This is a game of skill. Winner will be determined by the objective criteria set forth
below based on their ability to use their skill and knowledge of college football to
pick the most winners in Bowlnet.
One entry per person.
You must enter under a valid e-mail address.
You must be 18 years old or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or ineligible entries.
You may not change your entry after it has been submitted.
Failure to select a winner for any game will count as a loss for that game.
The contestant who picks the most winners will be the winner if other eligibility requirements are met.
In the event of a tie, the contestant who picks the winner and comes closest to the final
score of the BCS Title Game will be the winner. If a tie still exists after the tie-breaker, the grand prize will be divided among all contestants still tied.
Any challenges/questions regarding a player's results must be received within 24 hours of the posting of results.
Winner will be notified by e-mail.
Prize must be claimed by e-mail or letter within seven (7) days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected.
All results posted on the Bowlnet website are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Return on any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.
No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted.
Entry into the contest constitutes the winner's permission to use their name and likeness for promotional, advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Bowlnet reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
Bowlnet is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, terrorism, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All decisions of the judges are final.
